Stadium 1 BBQ & More was built on a passion for great food, genuine hospitality, and cooking with love.
That’s not a slogan somebody wrote for us. It’s the whole business plan.
Shon LaRoi owns and operates Stadium 1 and runs the pit herself. Food made the way it’s supposed to be made — homemade sides, real seasoning, ribs that took the time they needed to take.
What started as feeding people at markets on the weekend turned into catering rooms of 300. The food didn’t change. Just the number of plates.

Rib-Fest
The Celebrity Judges handed Stadium 1 the Best Sauce award at the 20th anniversary Hendricks County Rib-Fest & BBQ in 2025.
It is the same sauce that goes on the ribs and the tips at your event. Nothing held back for competition.

Booking terms
Notice
Seven to ten days for events over 20 guests. Shorter than that, call and ask.
Deposit
A signed contract and a 30% deposit through Square holds your date.
Event size
Twenty guests up to four hundred. Our sweet spot is 100–200.
Service area
Anywhere in Indianapolis. We travel elsewhere in Indiana too — longer distances may add a delivery fee.
